Defining Trauma

A New Vision

We all carry trauma, shaped not only by what happened to us but also by what never happened. To embark on the path of healing, it is crucial to make a personal journey to the root of our trauma, breaking the chains of generational suffering, whether you’re community-focused professional, you know someone in your life you’re suffering from trauma, or you’re looking to heal your own trauma. By opening these spaces for ourselves, we give permission for others to do the same, fostering healing at both individual and societal levels.

Trauma is the root of our deepest wounds and the path to our deepest healing.

“Trauma is not what happens to you. Trauma is what happens inside of you,
as a result of what happened to you.”
